Former-account case disclosure via stale license authorization
Published Nov 22, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Improper access control in Autodesk Customer Portal allows remote authenticated users to view cases from an expired-license account. The portal retains an old account association after that account's license expires and honors it when the user receives a new license for another account. Access requires a valid license on the new account and exposes support-case data from both the former and current accounts.
