Subscriber role management via missing authorization
Published Dec 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 29, 2026
Missing authorization in Premmerce User Roles 1.0.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to invoke privileged role-management actions. The affected role-management functions accept subscriber requests without enforcing an authorization check before performing privileged actions. Subscriber access is required; unauthorized role changes can alter access control and disrupt role-dependent site operations.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
