Authenticated file information disclosure via accesshistory permission bypass

Information disclosure in affected EDB Postgres Advanced Server releases allows remote authenticated users to inspect server files. The accesshistory() function bypasses filesystem permissions when it consults directories exposed by CREATE DIRECTORY, revealing file existence, read errors, and limited content. Exploitation requires database credentials plus a superuser-created directory and non-default log_line_prefix and log_connections settings.
