Packet interception via raced connection-handle reuse

Use-after-free in the Bluetooth SDK in Silicon Labs Simplicity SDK 8.0.0 and earlier allows adjacent attackers to intercept packets. The Bluetooth controller can reuse a Connection_Handle during a timing race after its prior recipient leaves, causing packets to remain associated with freed connection state. Exploitation requires precise timing and a 32-bit Arm target, and exposure is limited to a small number of packets intended for the departed recipient.
