Improper authentication in DEXMA DexGate version 20130114 allows remote attackers to impersonate users via crafted cookie headers while sessions remain active. The gateway accepts a cookie header that lets requests appear legitimate instead of enforcing authentication on each request. An attacker needs network access and an active device session; successful abuse can expose data, change settings, or interrupt gateway operations.
