Guest playbook control via missing authorization

Missing authorization in Mattermost before 7.8.8, 7.9.6, or 7.10.4 allows remote authenticated users to alter public playbooks. Playbooks handlers fail to verify that the requesting account is a guest before permitting view, join, edit, export, or archive operations on public playbooks. A guest account is sufficient; successful requests can disclose playbook data and modify or remove public playbooks, while no service outage is reported.
