Blind SSRF and service interruption via language cookie

SSRF in LibreY before commit be59098abd119cda70b15bf3faac596dfd39a744 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary HTTP GET requests. The Google and DuckDuckGo text engines insert the unvalidated wikipedia_language cookie into a Wikipedia URL before passing it to cURL. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted cookie redirects the server to attacker-chosen hosts, exposes its origin IP, or exhausts resources by fetching large files.
