Remote service crash via malformed RMR packet

Buffer overflow in O-RAN Software Community ric-plt-lib-rmr 4.9.0 allows remote attackers to crash E2 Termination via a crafted RMR packet. The E2 Termination packet parser processes malformed RMR headers or payloads without robust validation, leading an unchecked buffer copy to corrupt memory. No authentication or user interaction is required; a successful packet crashes E2 Termination and disconnects the E2 interface.
