Unrestricted file upload in IDM Sistemas de Comunicación Q·sige 3.0.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload any file type. The upload functionality accepts attacker-supplied files without enforcing a permitted file-type restriction. A valid application account is required; public sources do not identify the upload endpoint or establish whether uploaded content can be retrieved or executed.
