Authenticated administrator takeover via unparameterized database query

SQL injection in Didotech Engineering & Lifecycle Management 14.0, 15.0, and 16.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL. The public plm.config.settings GetUpdateTableData method inserts the request argument into a database-cursor query without parameterization. Any portal or internal account with External API access can read or alter database data, including resetting the administrator password.
