Authenticated SQL execution via trusted escalation parameters

SQL injection in Nagios XI 5.11.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with CCM escalation rights to execute arbitrary database queries. The /nagiosxi/includes/components/ccm/index.php endpoint treats the tfFirstNotif, tfLastNotif, and tfNotifInterval POST parameters as trusted database inputs despite receiving them from the client. Rights to manage host or service escalations are required, and successful exploitation grants access to database data such as password hashes and API tokens.
