Arbitrary file read via unchecked download path

Path traversal in CONTEC SolarView Compact before 6.00 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through downloader.php. The endpoint accepts directory sequences in the file parameter and returns the resolved file instead of rejecting paths outside its download directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed files can include administrator password hashes.
