Memory corruption via MAC-filter request stack overflow
Published Aug 24, 2023 · Updated Oct 2, 2024
Stack overflow in Tenda AC10 V4 firmware V16.03.10.13_cn allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a MAC-filter request. The setMacFilterCfg handler accepts attacker-controlled macFilterType and deviceList values, but the public record does not disclose the exact copy operation that overruns the stack. The endpoint is network-reachable without authentication; public sources do not establish whether the corruption yields a crash or code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
