Remote command execution via unfiltered IPTV parameters
Published Aug 30, 2023 · Updated Oct 1, 2024
OS command injection in Tenda AC6 US_AC6V1.0BR_V15.03.05.16_multi_TD01.bin allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The formSetIptv handler passes the unfiltered list and vlanId request fields to sub_ADF3C, which executes them as command parameters. Network reachability to the router's management interface is sufficient; successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen commands on the appliance.
