HTML injection via unsanitized error message parameter
Published Aug 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 7, 2024
HTML injection in ID4Software ID4Portais 2022.837.002a and earlier allows remote attackers to alter rendered content via a crafted URL. The /error route reflects the message query parameter into its response without sanitization, causing attacker-supplied markup to render in the browser. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted link; published evidence demonstrates injected markup and a clickable link, not script execution or server-side data access.
