Reflected script execution via action parameter injection
Published Aug 28, 2023 · Updated Oct 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in PHPJabbers Yacht Listing Script 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user’s browser via a crafted URL. The index.php handler processes the untrusted action parameter without neutralizing executable HTML before browser rendering, allowing injected markup to run. Exploitation requires a user to follow an attacker-crafted request; successful execution is confined to data and actions available to the affected site in that browser session.
