Username enumeration via inconsistent login errors

Username enumeration in Siemens IBS QMS Automotive before 12.39 allows local users to identify valid usernames through login attempts. The login handler returns distinguishable errors for nonexistent usernames and valid usernames supplied with incorrect passwords. Access to a local login session is required, and the result is limited to valid account-name disclosure rather than password disclosure or account access.
