Credential theft via plaintext process memory

Cleartext credential storage in Siemens IBS QMS Automotive before 12.39 allows local users to obtain credentials through a memory dump. The application retains user credentials as plaintext in process memory, so a dump exposes reusable authentication material. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and enables impersonation of affected users.
