Node crash via unbounded envelope decompression

Denial of service in Veilid before 0.1.9 allows remote attackers to crash network nodes with crafted compressed envelope data. The envelope receive path decompresses attacker-controlled packet content without first enforcing an uncompressed-length limit, allowing memory allocation to exhaust the process. No authentication or user interaction is required; the resulting out-of-memory abort stops the affected node without enabling code execution or data compromise.
