Authentication throttling failure in Opto 22 SNAP PAC S1 R10.3b allows remote attackers to brute-force the built-in web server login. The built-in web server accepts unlimited consecutive password attempts without rate limiting or account lockout. Network access to TCP/443 and a guessable credential are required; successful guessing grants unauthorized access to web-served data.
