Authenticated administrative access via non-public APIs

Authorization bypass in IBM OpenPages 8.3 and 9.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain unauthorized administrative access. Non-public API requests perform insufficient authorization checks, permitting an ordinary OpenPages account to invoke administrative functions. A valid OpenPages account and network access to those APIs are required; successful exploitation grants administrative control of the application.
