Environment-variable disclosure via language file interpolation

Information disclosure in Joomla! CMS 1.6.0 through 4.4.0 and 5.0.0 allows attackers to expose environment variables via language files. LanguageHelper passes language INI content to PHP's normal-mode parser, which expands ${NAME} placeholders from process environment variables. Crafted content must enter through an administrative language override or extension-created language file, and disclosure is limited to environment values rendered through translations.
