Arbitrary command execution via unquoted command lookup

Command injection in Shime find-exec before 1.0.3 allows attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through a supplied command name. The isExec function passes findCommand output directly to child_process.execSync, so appended shell metacharacters are interpreted as commands. Exploitation requires a consuming Node.js application to pass attacker-controlled input, and commands run with that application's privileges.
