Authorization bypass via incorrect ListObjects evaluation

Improper access control in OpenFGA before 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve unauthorized objects through ListObjects. The ListObjects evaluator over-includes results when it resolves authorization models containing a rel1 from type1 expression. Reachability requires access to that API and an affected model; the bounded consequence is disclosure of object identifiers beyond the requester's permissions.
