Boot crash via unchecked MZ header offset

Out-of-bounds read in Shim on affected Red Hat Enterprise Linux releases allows local users with high privileges to crash boot or expose data. The read_header() parser uses an offset from an MZ header to locate and classify the PE header without fully checking it against the loaded image. Reachability requires high-privilege control over a boot image; consequences are bounded to a boot-stage crash or adjacent-memory disclosure.
