Authentication bypass in LG Simple Editor 3.21.0 allows remote attackers to obtain plaintext credentials through checkServer requests. The checkServer method returns credentials in plaintext without first requiring authentication. Network access to the application's service is sufficient, and the reported impact is unauthorized credential disclosure rather than data modification or service interruption.
