Browser crash via failed AttrArray memory reallocation

An out-of-bounds read in Mozilla Firefox before 116 and Firefox ESR before 102.14 or 115.1 allows remote attackers to crash the browser. After AttrArray::GrowBy fails to reallocate memory, DOMParser attribute processing reaches Element::BindToTree with an inconsistent array state and reads out of bounds. Triggering the flaw requires DOMParser.parseFromString to process attacker-controlled HTML while memory is nearly exhausted; the demonstrated consequence is an application crash.
