Terminal manipulation and crash via untrusted version output

Improper output escaping in Docker Machine 0.16.2 and earlier allows remote attackers controlling a worker node to manipulate terminals or crash a bastion. The version-reporting path accepts Docker daemon version data from the worker and renders it to the administrator's terminal without escaping control sequences or bounding response size. Control of a managed worker is required; escape sequences can alter displayed output, while an infinite byte stream can crash the bastion and its workers.
