Service interruption via unchecked negative number scale

Improper input validation in Eclipse Parsson before 1.0.5 and 1.1.0 through 1.1.3 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted JSON numbers. JsonNumberImpl.bigIntegerValue() and bigIntegerValueExact() compared only signed BigDecimal scales to the limit, so a huge negative scale bypassed the guard and drove costly BigInteger conversion. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled JSON numeric content to a BigInteger conversion; the bounded consequence is excessive resource consumption that interrupts service.
