Improper access control in IBM AIX OpenSSH on AIX 7.2 and 7.3 and VIOS 3.1 allows local users to read files beyond permitted access. IBM has not published the affected OpenSSH file or function, or how its access-control decision permits reads beyond the caller's authorization.
