Job-existence disclosure via webhook response oracle

Information disclosure in Jenkins Gogs Plugin 1.0.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to determine whether named jobs exist. The /gogs-webhook endpoint accepts an attacker-specified job parameter and reports whether the corresponding Jenkins job exists without checking the caller's permission. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to job existence, while unauthorized build triggering is tracked separately.
