Authentication token recovery via timing discrepancy

Observable timing discrepancy in Jenkins Project Tuleap Authentication 1.1.20 and earlier allows remote attackers to recover a valid token. The authentication-token equality check uses a comparison whose runtime varies with matching input rather than a constant-time operation. Repeated network measurements can reveal token content without prior authentication, enabling access associated with the recovered token.
