GitHub credential theft via attacker-controlled API URL

CSRF in Jenkins Blue Ocean Plugin 1.27.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to expose GitHub credentials through a crafted link. The GithubScm#getRepository method accepts an attacker-controlled apiUrl on a GET endpoint and uses it for a credential-bearing outbound request. Exploitation requires a victim to open the link and an existing Blue Ocean pipeline using GitHub as its SCM; the attacker receives the job token and can query internal hosts.
