Unsafe script execution via non-POST copy request

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Folders Plugin 6.846.v23698686f0f6 and earlier allows remote attackers to copy folders. An item-copy HTTP endpoint accepts non-POST requests, so a crafted cross-origin request invokes the state-changing copy operation. The operation automatically approves unsandboxed scripts when the relevant Script Security protection is absent, enabling unsafe script execution.
