Rating-limit bypass via spoofed client addresses

IP address spoofing in Lester 'GaMerZ' Chan WP-PostRatings 1.91 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass per-IP rating limits. The plugin accepts an attacker-supplied X-Forwarded-For header as the client address used for request logging and rating restrictions. No authentication or user interaction is required, and repeated requests with different forged addresses can submit additional ratings and alter rating totals.
