Open redirect in SAP S/4HANA releases 103 through 106 allows remote attackers to redirect users to malicious sites through affected Fiori apps. The Manage Catalog Items and Cross-Catalog Search apps accept a destination URL without sufficient validation before redirecting the browser. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled content, and the reported impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity.
