Unauthenticated file download via unprotected export endpoint

Missing authentication in OpenClinic GA 5.247.01 allows remote attackers to download sensitive database files over the network. The pharmacy/exportFile.jsp endpoint serves exported pharmacy data without enforcing an authenticated session before processing the download request. No account or user interaction is required, and the exposed records can contain confidential clinical or pharmacy information.
