Continued account access via retained sessions

Session fixation in Apache Airflow before 2.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to retain webserver access after a password reset. The reset_password path changed the password hash without deleting database-backed session rows, so previously issued cookies remained accepted until expiry. An authenticated account and an existing session cookie are required; the retained session preserves that account's existing web access.
