CVE-2023-4023Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated message deletion via user-controlled key

Published Aug 30, 2023 · Updated May 5, 2025

IDOR in All Users Messenger through 1.24 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary messages via a crafted request. The messenger's periodic request accepts a user-controlled message-time key and deletion flag without enforcing administrator-only deletion. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and successful exploitation removes messages belonging to other users without reported data disclosure.
