Out-of-bounds write in Fuji Electric Tellus Lite V-Simulator before 4.0.19.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a malicious V9 file. The V-Simulator V9 parser writes beyond an allocated data structure because supplied file data is not properly validated. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, and code runs in the simulator process context.
