Lockscreen bypass via FRP setting reset

Incorrect authorization in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to bypass Factory Reset Protection and gain elevated access. The resetSettingsLocked path lets RescueParty reset secure_frp_mode, removing FRP restrictions and permitting a new lockscreen credential. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and repeated Settings process crashes to trigger RescueParty; no user interaction is required.
