Cross-user message disclosure via unchecked profile access

Missing authorization in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to read another user's SMS and MMS data through a work-profile app. TelephonyProvider query handlers failed to reject managed-profile callers before returning SMS or MMS database rows; the patch adds managed-profile checks that return empty cursors. A malicious app must run inside a managed work profile, but it needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction, and the bounded consequence is cross-user message disclosure.
