Local print-data disclosure via unchecked IPP bounds

Out-of-bounds read in Android 11 libcups allows local users to disclose past print jobs and other print-related information. ippSetValueTag in ipp.c reads beyond an IPP attribute value buffer because it does not validate the required bounds before changing the tag. A local user can trigger the read without additional execution privileges or user interaction, exposing earlier print-job or related printing data.
