Local information disclosure via unchecked caller UID

Information disclosure in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to access sensitive data via a backup-agent callback. ActivityManagerService.backupAgentCreated accepts a package name without verifying that the caller UID owns that package, allowing a caller to impersonate another package. A local app needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction; exposure is limited to data delivered through the mismatched backup-agent callback.
