TLS data disclosure via distrusted CA root

Improper certificate validation in Google Android 11 through 13 allows remote attackers to read encrypted TLS data without user interaction. The system CA store includes an E-Tugra root that the fix deletes, causing certificates chaining to that distrusted authority to remain trusted. Exploitation requires a TLS connection whose certificate chains to that root; the resulting trust failure exposes session data, with no reported modification or service interruption.
