Local privilege escalation via unguarded keyguard call

Missing authorization in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to bypass the lock screen without interaction. ActivityTaskManagerService.keyguardGoingAway clears the caller identity and begins keyguard dismissal without first enforcing the CONTROL_KEYGUARD permission. A locally installed application with ordinary execution rights can invoke the Binder method and gain access beyond the locked session.
