Local privilege escalation via borrowed descriptor closure

Out-of-bounds write in Android IncidentService 11 through 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through a crafted Binder transaction. IncidentService::onTransact passes borrowed Parcel file descriptors to fdopen and later closes them, violating descriptor ownership and enabling reuse that corrupts memory. A low-privileged local process can reach the service without user interaction, and successful exploitation gains elevated privileges on the device.
