Local privilege escalation via listener use-after-free

Use-after-free in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through the mDNS system service. MDnsSdListener::Monitor::run allows its worker thread to outlive a recycled listener instance and then accesses freed heap memory. A low-privileged local context is required, no user interaction is needed, and successful memory corruption grants higher privileges on the device.
