Local information disclosure via unchecked GAP length

Out-of-bounds read in Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to disclose information through crafted Bluetooth GAP data. The Bluetooth stack's parse_gap_data function trusts an input length byte and advances across the buffer without confirming that the declared GAP element fits. A user-executed process can reach the parser without user interaction; the reported consequence is local memory disclosure, with no integrity or availability impact.
