Stored XSS in Thorsten Rinne phpMyFAQ before 3.1.16 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through malicious FAQ content. Link::toHtmlAnchor writes attacker-controlled tooltip, name, and link text into HTML attributes and content without HTML entity encoding. A low-privileged account can persist the payload, and execution occurs when another user views the affected FAQ link.
